Fasting is NOT about starving yourself. Fasting is actually centered around food. Just the RIGHT food.
 
During the 21 day plant protein and fasting challenge we’ll send you delicious plant protein recipes, shopping lists, lunch and dinner ideas (with healthy meat and fish options too) These recipes are so delicious it will turn even the pickiest eater into a superfood, seed and plant lover.
You’ll practice a level 1 fast (don’t worry most of your fasting hours you’ll be sleeping) And we’ve prepared a daily core exercise plan to incorporate into the program for the super serious. 
There are only a few food rules to adhere to, so you can still eat ice-cream, go crazy on a beef burger and even devour some french fries (we won’t judge).
Once this challenge is over, you’ll feel amazing and we’ll be celebrating right along with you!
